Yovel Badash linkedin

Yovel BadashYovel has more than 15 years experience connecting companies and technology as a business leader and entrepreneur. He originally relocated to the United States to lead the operations for Sabratec Technologies, an Israeli innovator in legacy modernization. The strategic partnership he built with Software AG eventually led to Sabratec’s acquisition.

As Vice-President of United States Operations and a founding employee at Intellinx Software, a leader in the insider threat security market, Yovel was responsible for the development of strategic relationships with technology partners, as well as overseeing sales and in the United States. He also played a significant role in educating vertical markets like healthcare, banking, finance, insurance and government agencies on possible threats posed by insider’s activities.

Throughout his career in North America, Yovel has successfully connected the companies he represented with leading technology companies including IBM, Microsoft, Google, CA, Compuware, Software AG, and Yahoo. He has built and nurtured productive business relationships from OEM and distribution/technology partnerships to strategic mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to coming to America, Yovel held key sales and marketing positions in several technology and real-estate companies in Israel. Yovel holds a B.Sc. Cum Laude in Computer Science and Management from the Open University in Tel Aviv.

Zohar is the founder and CEO of Consilyum, a company providing a patent-based technology and professional services to business and enterprise customers as well as boutique professional communities, for the creation of monetization capabilities over social network platforms.

Bringing over 20 years of technology and business experience, specifically in the vertical areas of consumer goods, entertainment and advanced technology, Zohar was recently in charge of the market and business development functions of Qbit Corporation. As Chief Marketing Officer of the company, he oversaw the commercialization of its products and its global expansion.

Earlier, Zohar was CEO of System Models, a startup providing visibility into business transactions through network traffic monitoring and pattern recognition. Previously, Zohar was VP of Business Development for Forrester Research (NASDAQ: FORR), following its acquisition of Giga Information Group and intoIT, the Israeli hi-tech advisory firm he founded and led as CEO. As VP of Business Development, Zohar was in charge of international sales, marketing and business development, as well as strategic product and customers’ initiatives while he took over product marketing.

Zohar further brings extensive experience in the large corporate environment, having led the information technology R&D team in Coca-Cola Israel, where he was in charge of the design, development and integration of some critical home-grown systems, including the core sales and marketing operational systems, as well as their well-known corporate data warehouse.

Zohar is a well-known mentor for many start-ups, both on the operational level as well on the professional proliferation of consumer internet technologies to the enterprise and the B2B world.

Zohar holds a Master in Business Administration Magna Cum Laude from Tel-Aviv University (Beta Gamma Sigma), focusing on information systems and technology management, and a B.Sc. in management and information systems, from the Technion, the Israel Institute of Technology.

Recently, as an independent consultant, Tamara has assisted multinational companies in producing technical and sales materials and marketing collateral appropriate for the U.S. market. This includes writing of original text as well as translation from Spanish to English of existing materials. Max specializes in brand strategy development, strategic political communications, and the analysis of quantitative and qualitative research for communications. In addition to working with Strategic Biz Dev, he consults with Veron & Asoc. one of the most important political communication and mass media consulting firms in Argentina.  In 2009, he founded RadioBeta.com, an innovative startup that uses simple, clean and useful applications to deliver a more meaningful radio experience on the web.

Previously, he worked with the Institutional Relationship Office of the Universidad de San Andrés. There he coordinated communication for the University of San Andrés, articulating its various departments and carrying out policies and communications strategies to establish them.

Max began his career in 2005 as an Accounts Assistant with Muchnik, Alurralde, Jasper & Asoc. / MS&L, one of Latin America's leading communication strategy and PR firms. As a member of the premium accounts team he served customers such as: Coca Cola, Shell Capsa, Sony Ericsson, Land Rover, Jaguar, Volvo, Alstom, 3G Americas, La Ley, and SAS.
